How MINI‑Q started.
Arvee always dreamed of running a small, street-side BBQ stand. Grilling ran deep in her family. Her late mother was legendary for making the town’s best sauce and she felt she had inherited that exact gift.
Making the dream real wasn’t easy. MINI‑Q was built in stolen hours, early mornings before school runs and late nights after her son slept. Driven by her mother’s memory and the need to feed her family, she set out to make good, affordable food anyone could buy.
Today, MINI‑Q serves premium meats on bamboo skewers, grilled over charcoal and brushed with that hometown sauce. Simple promise: tasty, filling food that won’t break the bank.
